Terms of Agreement for Financial Contributions to The Growing Christian, LLC.
The Growing Christian LLC ministry is NOT a 501(c)(3) organization, and financial contributions are not tax-deductible. We strongly encourage all donors to seek and consult with qualified professionals: financial or tax advisors before giving a financial contribution in order to understand the implications of your giving. The Growing Christian, LLC does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice regarding financial contributions.
Acceptance of any financial contribution (gift) is at the sole discretion of The Growing Christian LLC. The Growing Christian, LLC will only accept gifts that can be used or expended in a manner consistent with its mission to advance the Gospel and serve others under the direction of the Lord Jesus Christ.
No irrevocable gift, whether outright or involving life-income arrangements, will be accepted if, under any reasonable circumstances, the gift would jeopardize the financial well-being of the donor.
Anonymous Giving
If you choose to give anonymously, this will only affect what is publicly visible on the website. The Growing Christian, LLC will still be able to view and access the name, email address, and any other identifying information associated with the for internal records, stewardship, and accountability purposes.
Chargebacks and Disputes
By submitting a financial gift, you agree that all contributions are made voluntarily and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication with The Growing Christian may result in restricted access to future giving or donor communications.
Third-Party Payment Processors
Payment processing services are provided by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Square, Cash App). Your use of these services is subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the respective payment processor. We are not responsible for the functionality or security of these third-party services. When you make a payment, your payment information is transmitted directly to these processors in accordance with their privacy policies and security standards. We do not directly store your full payment card details on our servers.
Financial Contribution Security
We take reasonable measures to ensure the security of your payment information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge that transmitting information over the internet involves inherent risks. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to or use of your payment information that is not a direct result of our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Contribution History Access
Ministry supporters can access their financial contribution history through the Contributions Dashboard using the email address provided at the time of their contribution. This dashboard enables the management of recurring gifts, viewing of receipts, and updating of payment preferences.
By proceeding with a donation, you acknowledge and accept these terms and affirm that you understand the nature of your giving is a gift given freely, without expectation of financial return or tax benefit (non-tax-deductible), but with faith in its eternal impact as a faith-based contribution to a ministry led by the direction of Jesus Christ. You also affirm that you are authorized to make this transaction, either as an individual or as a representative of a business, organization, or entity.
